It is Monday of a brand new week and there are changes to implement today that will change the way the business needs to operate. While I am up to the challenge, it is not my perceptions and perspectives that need to be addressed. Will I continually hit the glass ceiling?
Today, I go to work to reorganize, to redirect, to implement new processes and new objectives across the company. Some people will be affected significantly and some will be less affected.
I hope that everyone will understand the synergies that will come of this.
